P.S.A. Storyboard

This week we are working on creating an animation with the purpose of delivering a Public Service Announcement. The animation will consist of an animated title with sound and a character giving the announcement with moving facial features. It will be done using adobe animate for the animation with the help of adobe audition for the voice over.

This is the storyboard with the layout of what I plan to do for my P.S.A.

I wan't my character to be very hipster but serious with a monotone voice.
